HIGH SECONDARY SCHOOL PROGRAMME - CLASSES XI TO XII

At SSGITS, the curriculum starts with an emphasis on learning basic facts and gradually moves to detailed understanding of concepts, through interpretation and evaluation as students’ progress to higher classes. It is built around the principles of knowledge, understanding, application and skill sets. Projects and the application of knowledge form an integral part and aid the development of analytical skills.

The program's objectives are to encourage contemplative life and provide children the tools they need to contribute to a just, humane, and diverse society. Pupils take First Language English, Second Language Hindi or Gujarati, and Core Subjects: Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), and Computer Studies.
Children can broaden their knowledge of the world through academic and cultural experiences through school trips and excursions. Along with other activities, they take part in dance, drama, fine arts, yoga, western and Indian music, and exchange programs.

They plan and take part in inter-house athletic and cultural events, which helps them build teamwork and leadership qualities. As a fundamental component of education, community service involves students actively participating in a range of service projects.
