A finger puppet is a type of puppet controlled by one or more fingers that occupy its interior. Puppets can express thoughts and feelings that humans cannot. This art form encourages storytelling through craftsmanship.

The students of Class 3rd at SSGITS Godhra engaged in a creative 'Finger Bird Puppet Making Activity'. They enthusiastically participated in decorating puppets, showcasing their creative and fine motor skills. Instructions were provided to create puppet playmates using readily available materials like colored paper, buttons, beads, and tape.

This fun activity developed the students' visual and kinesthetic abilities through an ancient art form. Puppet play is an engaging way for children to explore powerful emotions, learn effective self-regulation skills, and develop emotional intelligence.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the puppet-making activity and took home their finished finger puppets as a delightful craft.
